Holi or the Festival of Colour is an early spring festival, which indicates that the winter has ended and wishes that spring will bring prosperity and luck for the year. The festival is also called the festival of love which is also celebrated in countries that have the population from Hindu world like India, Bangladesh, Nepal etc., and is quite popular in some parts of Southeast Asia.

Holi itself is a celebration of the victory of goodness and warning against the burning of the demoness Holika. The festival of colors is celebrated according to the Hindu calendar and fall on different dates in each year. This Holi festival is one of the favorite celebrations for travelers and a lot of people come from all over the world to participate in this event. They enjoy an intense moment of togetherness by pelting each other with colorful gulal powder and water kesesama as a form of joy over the event.
