Having been rescheduled from October, Indonesia's prime cycling event: the Tour de Singkarak is confirmed to take place from 18th to 26th November 2017. The World Class Tour de Singkarak that crosses the West Sumatra countryside will again take some of the world's most renowned cyclists on an exciting race across this region's magnificent landscapes from beaches, past blue lakes, climbing numerous hairpin bends up to the foot of volcanoes.

Covering a total distance of 1,200 km in 9 stages across 18 cities and regencies in West Sumatra Province, Tour de Singkarak (TdS) will take 9 days to complete and will feature the exciting competition of 20 of the world's best cycling teams from 30 countries (15 international teams and 5 Indonesian teams). This year, TdS will see its start at the town of Batusangkar in Tanah Datar Regency and will finish in the cool hill town of Bukittinggi.
